Ingredients:
2 cups noodles (your preference)
1 13 oz. can of dehydrated tomato paste
1 Tbs. dried spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup mixture of dehydrated egg plant, red and green peppers, onion, black olives and mushrooms
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4 ½ cups water

Instructions:
Reconstitute tomato paste in 1/2 cup of boiling water with dried spaghetti sauce. Add noodles, vegetables and mushrooms to 4 cups boiling water and let simmer until noodles are cooked. Pour out excess water and add tomato paste. Sprinkle cheese on top.
