Tomato Soup

Ingredients: 

2 cups water

1/4 cup dried tomato powder

1/4 tsp dried bell pepper powder

1/8 tsp dried onion powder

1/8 tsp dried garlic

1/8 tsp dried basil

Pinch of celery powder

1/2 cup powdered milk

Instructions: 

Combine 1 1/2 cups water and all remaining ingredients except for the milk powder. Let sit for 15 minutes to begin rehydration process. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Combine the remaining 1/2 cup water with the powdered milk in a separate container, mix and add to the soup base. Remove the pot from the heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
