Tortillas with Salami & Cheese

Ingredients: 

four 8 in. tortilla shells

Salami

Cubed cheese

Instructions: 

Cut salami into small chunks and fry in frying pan. Set aside. Heat tortilla shell in frying pan. Add fried salami and cubes of cheese, and heat until cheese is melted. Fold tortilla shut and serve.

A high-calorie, high fat meal. We use it while winter camping.
