Vegetable Chili

Ingredients: 

2 onions

3 cloves garlic

1 green pepper

2 tbs canned hot peppers

1 can tomatoes

1/2 tsp coriander

1/4 tsp whole cloves

1/4 tsp allspice berries

2 tsp Oregano

2 tbs chili powder

2 tbs cumin

2 cups kidney beans

olive oil

Instructions: 

Saute onions, garlic, green pepper and hot peppers in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes Dry on leather tray in food dehydrator.

Rehydrates in hot water in about 20 minutes.
